Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Orders within the U.S. typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped. You will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

International Shipping:
For orders outside of the U.S., shipping times range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs and import duties may apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

Free shipping may be available for select promotions or specific order thresholds, so stay tuned for our special offers!

Returns & Refunds information

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Due to the unique fulfillment process of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color selection.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at otakukai.store@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a detailed description.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process a replacement or refund. 
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
  • In cases where a return is not required, a refund will be processed directly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., Printify print-on-demand items)

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
