Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Orders within the U.S. typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped. You will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your order every step of the way. -
International Shipping:
For orders outside of the U.S., shipping times range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that customs and import duties may apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer. -
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

Returns & Exchanges
At Otakukai, we want you to love your new decor. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at otakukai.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. -
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. -
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at otakukai.store@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized items
Shipping Costs for Returns
